Covid-19 Info:
It is MANDATORY that we all wear a mask and gloves while on site. Please change your gloves as often as possible to prevent cross contamination. Continue to self-check, take your temperature, monitor your health and stay home if you are showing any symptoms or have a fever.

• Always use good disinfecton methods in all buildings you clean
• Clean & disinfect all hand touch surfaces daily: door fixtures, handrails, elevator buttons, light switches, etc.
• Use paper towels to avoid cross contamination for wiping surfaces
• Use the disinfectant that we provide and be aware of the proper 5-minute kill time before wiping off surfaces.

Team Information

Dress Code

All employees are issued t-shirts or smocks and a Thario ID badge.
Both must be worn at all times while working. Worn out, torn or stained uniforms will be replaced for new ones.

We want to make sure everyone is comfortable and in the proper attire. Sorry, no ripped or torn jeans, shorts, sandals, hats or leggings allowed. Contact the office or stop by if you need uniform replacement.

Supplies

To ensure you get the correct cleaning supplies, please be specific about each item. For example, if you need gloves please tell us what size. If you need floor cleaner, let us know what kind.
For accounts that we deliver to, please have a note with the quantity of dirties in each bag so our delivery driver and make sure you get the proper amount of rags and mops in return.
Please keep us informed of any equipment you have, such as vacuums, that need to be repaired. We will pick up the item and provide a loaner. Please ensure items for pickup are easily accessible to our driver and marked for pickup.

Time Off Request / Emergencies

We understand that everyone needs a day off from time to time but we do require advanced notice so we can arrange for a fill in. You may contact Jackie at 920-964-0111 to put in your request.

In case of an emergency and you are not able to report to work, please contact the office at 920-964-0111 by 2pm for night shift and by 7am for day shift. This gives us time to rearrange our schedulilng so we can continue to provide quality service to our customers.
